This was not comfy at all. It looked like it would be soft and easy to wear, but once I tried it on, it felt scratchy and way too tight. Definitely had that bait and switch feeling compared to what I expected.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, which was totally my fault, and I was already bracing myself for one of those annoying back-and-forth return situations. But it ended up being way easier than I expected. The exchange process was really clear, the steps were simple to follow, and I didn’t have to keep emailing or chasing anyone for updates, which was such a relief. My replacement showed up quickly too, so the whole thing felt smooth from start to finish. Definitely a good experience overall, and I’d be happy to shop here again

I ordered from zuluandzephyr and was surprised by how fast it all arrived. I got the tracking info maybe a day or so after ordering, and the package showed up in around 3 or 4 days. Everything was easy, no problems at all. I’d definitely order again.

I ordered this dress after staring at the photos for way too long one evening while I was supposed to be folding laundry. It looked really online, but when it arrived, the colour wasn’t quite the same as the pictures and the fit felt off compared to the size guide. The fabric was also thinner than I expected, which was a bit disappointing. Shipping was totally fine and nothing went wrong there, but for the price, I expected it to feel a little nicer.

I bought a swimsuit from Zulu & Zephyr last summer and I’ve worn it a ton, both at the pool and the beach. It’s still holding up really well, and the fabric hasn’t gone thin, baggy, or weird like some others I’ve had.

The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is because there was one tiny loose thread after a few wears, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it feels durable and nicer than the cheaper ones, so I’d buy from them again.

The fabric feels really nice and soft, so overall I like it. Reading between the lines, though, it seems like something I’ll need to be a little careful with since it’s thinner than I expected. Not a dealbreaker, just more delicate than I had in mind.

I had a quick question about sizing before finishing my order, and customer service got back to me faster than I expected, which was nice. They were friendly, explained what I needed to know, and just made the whole thing easy. The order did end up taking one extra day to arrive, which was a little annoying but not a huge deal. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d be fine ordering again.

I do like the style of their clothes and they have some really cute stuff, but the prices feel a bit too high for what you’re getting. The quality seems okay overall, maybe around average, but not quite good enough to make me want to order again anytime soon.

Sizing was right for me. Fit nice. True to size. Comfy all day too.

I really liked the style of the swimsuit I ordered from Zulu & Zephyr. The design is definitely cute and it looked great when I first tried it on, but for the price, I was expecting the quality to feel a bit more solid. The fabric felt thinner than I thought it would, and the stitching wasn’t as tidy as I’d hoped.
After wearing it a couple of times, it already seemed to lose its shape a little, which was disappointing. Maybe I just happened to get one that wasn’t the best, and I can see it being fine if you only want something for occasional wear, but for regular use I’m not sure I’d buy from them again...

I really like the laid-back feel of these pieces. The cuts are simple but flattering, and the colors are easy to wear without feeling boring. The whole style just feels calm, effortless, and very me.

I was kind of expecting something to go wrong because that’s usually how it goes for me with deliveries, but this one actually showed up right on time. My order arrived quickly and there were no issues at all, which was a nice surprise for once.
